Terms of Service
Highly complex characters that include lots of markings, details, etc. will more than likely cost extra. Should this be the case, I’ll let you know upfront before starting.Upon commissioning me you automatically agree to my ToS.
I am allowed to refuse a commission for any reason. As such, I will not draw any of the following:
Vore (any kind of vore)
I will need either a detailed description or a visual reference of the character(s) you wish of me to draw. Please have in mind that working only with a description of a character will take much longer than if a visual reference is provided.I work in stages and there can be up to 5 stages depending on the commission tier. Once a stage has been approved, it is not possible to go back to change anything regarding that stage.I start with a concept (or multiple) first. These are very rough sketches just to give an idea of the pose/scene/feeling of what I have in mind. Any changes are possible during the concept stage, even making a complete remake. Once the concept is approved I will move to the next stage:In the sketching phase I add in your character's details into the concept and flesh out the concept. Only small changes are allowed like the direction of the arms, facial expressions or the like. Once the sketch is approved I'll send a Paypal link for the payment and continue only after the payment is received.Inking stage: I'll clean up the messy lines of the sketch and polish out the lineart as much as possible. Only changes to the inking itself are allowed at this stage.Flat coloring stage: I add the base colors of your character without any shadows and lights. Only said colors can be changed at this stage.Rendering: I add in the shadows, lights and any effects I deem necessary. Changes are allowed only regarding these aspects.

Once a stage has been approved, it is not possible to go back to change anything regarding that stage. You will receive screenshots of the model's front, side, back and 3/4 for your approval on each stage.Blockout: The first stage is a blockout. The model will be a low-poly version of what the character looks like. It will have all the major features displayed and have the general structure of the character. Any changes are possible here, as low-poly is more forgiving on changes. These changes can be anything from changing limb length to re-making the facial structure and other such examples.Main Sculpt Polish: After the blockout phase has been approved, I will start working on sculpting and polishing out the character. In this stage the only thing you are allowed to change are minor details such as: flow of fur in specific places (like the tail for example), musculature, shape of the eyes etc.. Once this phase has been approved, you will receive a payment link for the commission. Once the payment has gone through I will resume to the next stage.Fine Details: After the payment has gone through the finer details will be added. These consist of fur strands (when/where needed), detailing the hair/beard (if any), claws, teeth, tongue etc..Color Pass: Once the finer details are approved I will move onto vertex painting the model (giving it color), which includes any fur pattern the character has and applying materials where needed.Posing and Rendering: When the color pass is approved I'll move on the final touches. This is where you will receive everything described in the commission tier you chose for 3D art.
If the model is made from scratch there will be two payments. The first (220€) is per the "Scluptures" process explained above. The second payment (300€) is made upon the completion of the rigging part of the model. Once that stage is complete and the payment has been sent, then I'll move onto texturing and then adding visemes and finally putting everything in VRChat. When everything is completed I will organize a meet-up in VRC (or I can stream via Discord) so you can check out the model and give me any feedback or make any notes for needed changes. Once everything is approved, you will receive everything noted in the commission tier.
